To view the CBT Adobe Shockwave needs to be installed. Please note that Google Chrome v42+ no longer supports the Adobe plugin and the CBT lessons may not be compatible with the latest versions of Chrome. Assessments can be done with all browser.

  • CBT is not supported on the iPad. Assessments can be done on any device.

Settings for Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • Select Tools then Internet Options
  • Select Tabs then Settings
  • Enable Tabbed Browsing
  • Select – Enable Quick Tabs
    Select – Enable Open in new tab next to the current tab

  • Open links from other programs in
  • Select – a new tab in the current window

  • Compatibility IE 11: Select the Settings Icon top right of the browser – Compatibility View Settings and add ftaonline.com.au

Installing Adobe Shockwave Player for Mac OSX

Adobe Shockwave Player Uninstaller

  • Internet Explorer – Download the uninstaller
  • Close the browser
  • Run the uninstaller to remove all previous versions of Shockwave OR open the CONTROL PANEL – ADD or REMOVE PROGRAMS (uninstall Adobe & Macromedia Shockwave Players)
  • Open Internet Explorer, clear the browser cache and restart the browser
  • Mac OS X – the uninstaller is included with the installation package
